This policy applies to all club-related email and digital communication, including messages sent through the website, event invitations, newsletters, and mass emails from club officers or members.

By providing your email address or using our website, you agree to receive electronic communications related to club activities, including but not limited to event invitations, newsletters, dues reminders, and administrative updates.
4. Member Privacy
Email addresses and contact information provided by members will only be used for club business and will not be shared with external parties without consent.
5. Use of Club Email Lists
Email messages sent to multiple recipients using club-provided contact lists or mailing tools must:
- Be restricted to club business
- Be respectful and non-commercial
- Be sent only to individuals who have opted into club communications
- Not include mass or unsolicited emails from personal accounts

Members may unsubscribe from optional electronic communications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link included in most messages or by contacting us directly.
